Pumpkin mash with potato is a side dish that combines cooked pumpkin and potatoes, which are mashed together to create a smooth and creamy mixture.

If you would like to make something different for Thanksgiving, you should try this Greek Kolokythopita (Pumpkin or Butternut Squash Pie). It may be different from what you are used to but it’s so delicious you will love it. Pumpkin is not as easy to find in Greece as butternut squash, so you can use whichever you prefer.

Kolokythopita (pronounced koh-loh-kee-THOH-pee-tah) in Greek Κολοκυθόπιτα is a compound word from “kolokythi” (squash) and pita (pie). This Greek savory pie is made with butternut squash and fresh myzithra, a cheese from Chania, Crete.

This autumn fruit crumble is not just another usual crumble as it quite unusual.  Apart from apples, which is one of the fruit for autumn recipes, I combined it with delicious quince and with pumpkin.
