We are deeply devastated about Lisa
We are deeply devastated about Lisa, our Siamese cat.
This is a very sad day for my family and me, and everyone that Lisa has touched.
The doctor has just informed us that she passed away. She had acute leukemia.
She was 12 years old.
I'm totally devastated and not sure how I will get through this and how to tell my teenage daughter about this.

Ivy, again, I'm so, so sorry you all went through this. At least maybe Lisa was spared some pain. She looks like a beauty and a love.

I am truely sorry.
Being someone who has lost a "pet" who has touched you as a family member I can honestly say that I know what you're going through and it does take time to heal, believe me, but soon enough when you think of dear Lisa smiles will replace tears and once that's happened it's a great feeling of acceptance and letting go.
It's tough but I hope that you can find peace in knowing that Lisa is in a great place and you always will have fond memories to relish.
Again, I'm a deeply sorry and please give my regaurds to your daughter who I know is especially going through a tough time as well. My thoughts go out to those who knew Lisa.
