I saw some ideas of other salads but did not have some of the ingredients so I decided to make my own recipe, with ingredients I had at home.

I am submitting this recipe to Sangeeth of Art of Cooking Indian Food, hosting the event Eat Healthy.

  1. Can you believe that I have yet to have the chance to try quinoa. I have only just learnt to pronounce it properly...wink...wink...

  2. I just tried quinoa recently. I rinsed it...and then cooked it. It was really sticky. I wonder if I should have rinsed it more? I think a Greek version sounds wonderful.

Blogging gets really crazy, doesn't it? It's hard work. Don't work too hard, Ivy!

  3. What a wonderful and refreshing salad!

I'm with you girls, blogging/cooking/photographing/posting/reading others's blogs is so hard!!! That's why we have to eat healthy 😀
