Happy New Year, with a glimpse in the future!!

It is New Year's Day here in Greece, still early in the morning (almost noon), when most of the family is still asleep (still asleep).   Our friends in Australia are getting ready to party whereas in the United States, they are fast asleep (or just waking up).

I wanted to take a moment (it took me a couple of hours) to wish you all a Happy New Year. Thanks for your readership and friendship  in 2010.   I know I wasn't around most of the time but I was committed on writing the cookbook, which took most of my time.  This year I hope to be more relaxed, but who knows?

As we move into 2011, instead of featuring recipes  I have posted, I thought it might be fun to look back quickly in my file of recipes I have made during the year and see what I had prepared but never found time to post.  New recipes will be created in 2011 so most of these recipes may never be posted, so at least you can have a glimpse of what I have made.

  1. All of these are in your recipe box and you've never shared them? It's funny because as I scrolled down, as each image appeared on my screen, I said to myself "oh, I want this".... "No I want THIS!"... "OH NO I want THIS!"! Each is fabulous and I want one of each!

Wishing you a very very Happy, Healthy & Prosperous New Year, Ivy!
