Kourou phyllo dough is a flaky dough which is used to make sweet or savoury Greek pies or tarts. You can make big pies or individual pastries with your favourite pie filling.
Rolo me Phyllo Kourou is a twist of the traditional Greek meatloaf with hard boiled eggs. My addition is wrapping the meatloaf in homemade shortcrust pastry made with yoghurt, called “kourou”.
Tyropita Kourou is a cheese pie made with a type of phyllo which I would describe somewhat like tart dough.
